Karen Anne's Story
Hey all who have said hello and left messages.I love getting notes and am really lazy about writing any! Richard and I still live in Orange County in the same townhome for 20 some years. Our children both live in northern california. My family is the joy of my life, especially my grandkids. I love being in "MiMi" mode. I hate an empty house so we have always had many cats and dogs as well as friends of my kids staying with us. Somehow we have ended up with a rescued beagle and our great border collie(also rescued).(It's a good thing beagles are sooo cute because this little one has eaten the legs off every piece of furniture we have and that is only the beginning)I miss teaching and working so much(especially at a wonderful special needs program at a school called Rainbow kids))My body dev...Expand for more
eloped a "git- in- my get- along" but I find I can be creative with my grandkids and I am looking into some sort of project that would allow me to read to children and encourage them to love reading too.(My favorite thing to do!) My husband Richard is 6'7" and I have shrunk to 4'11" I stood on a table to see what it was like at that height and the world really looks different. We spend as much time visiting our family as possible so I guess my life at this point is very mellow (However Richard has decided to see if his hair will still grow into a pony tail) and I create different holiday designs with my cane. :) Christmas is the best! I have Christmas in my house in someway all year. So this is me!I do love hearing and knowing where people in my life ended up! Hope to hear Love Karen Anne
